ACTIVITIES OF CUSTOMS BODIES AIMED AT COUNTERACTING LEGALIZATION OF PROCEEDS FROM CRIME AND FINANCING TERRORISM
Activities of customs bodies aimed at realization of international recommendations on counteracting legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and financing terrorism are analyzed in the article. Problems of current system of customs control over the movement of money in cash and monetary instruments are identified. Proposals to improve the activities of customs authorities to counteract legalization of proceeds from crime are formed.

APPLICATION OF BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY IN CUSTOMS BUSINESS
A brief description of blockchain technology, the possibility of its application in customs clearance are given in the article. The author shows how this technology is used in the customs bodies of the USA and South Korea. Conclusions about the possibility of using this technology in the customs authorities of the Russian Federation and activities of the Eurasian Economic Union are presented.

INSTRUMENTS OF NON-TARIFF REGULATION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN THE CONDITIONS OF FUNCTIONING OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION
The instruments of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity in the member-states of the Eurasian Economic Union are considered in the article. The author comments on the content of the concept “measures of non-tariff regulation” and concludes that it is necessary to consolidate this concept at the legislative level in accordance with the renewed structure of non-tariff regulation of the foreign economic activity in the Eurasian Economic Union.

MECHANISM OF MANAGEMENT OF CUSTOMS-LOGISTICS PROCESSES IN FOREIGN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES
The concept of digital information and logistics platform providing information interaction of industrial enterprises, state bodies (including customs) and other participants of foreign economic activity is represented in the article. The instrument of practical realisation of the platform in the form of the author's methodology of evaluating foreign economic activity of industrial enterprises is shown. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the application of public-private partnership as an effective tool for the implementation of innovation projects.

RUSSIA IN THE SYSTEM OF INTERNATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF CENTRAL ASIAN STATES
The place of Russia in the system of international assistance to the development of Central Asian States is analyzed in the article. An assessment of the scale of aid and the features of its strategy in the region under consideration is given. The author comes to the conclusion about inefficiency of the current system of development aid and the need to adjust it.

APPROACHES TO SYSTEMATIZE ADMINISTRATIVE VIOLATIONS IN CUSTOMS ACTIVITY
Administrative offences in customs business and other violations the identification of which is referred to customs authorities are analyzed in the article. The author comes to the conclusion on the necessity to systematize the investigated violations based on the competence of customs authorities to consider and initiate cases on administrative offences. The systematization of administrative offences in customs activity is proposed.

CHARACTERISTICS OF ORGANIZATION (REGULATION) OF CROSS-BORDER MOVEMENT OF HUMAN REMAINS: STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
The problem of cross-border movement of human remains is considered in the article. The authors have determined the content of the concepts “human remains” and “transportation of human remains” and distinguished two types of cross-border movement. On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation and the practice of the Russian search movement the authors have identified procedural problems of cross-movement of human remains which can be solved after the adoption of an international agreement in this sphere.

PROBLEMS OF CHEESE PRODUCTS IDENTIFICATION IN THE PROCESS OF THEIR CLASSIFICATION FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES
Problematic aspects of identification of cheese products transported through the customs border due to the incorrect use of terminology when classifying these goods for customs purposes are considered in the article. The necessity of introducing the term “cheese product” in the Goods nomenclature of foreign economic activity, harmonized with other normative documents is shown.

THE FORMATION MECHANISM OF A PRELIMINARY DECISION FOR CUSTOMS CONTROL PURPOSES
The principles of preliminary decision formation aimed at increasing reliability and reducing time of customs control are determined in the article. The formation mechanism of a preliminary decision for customs control purposes based on the choice and consolidation of private pre-decisions on customs value, classification and origin of goods is proposed. The procedure for selecting a test value for customs value control depending on private pre-decisions is shown. The assessment of application of the proposed mechanism in customs control is given.
