Perfecting Methodological Recommendations on Conducting Comparative Analysis of Foreign Trade Data OF Russian federation
The article is devoted to a very important scientific-practical problem of comparative analysis of foreign trade statistics which plays the key role when determining accuracy in collecting customs payments. The authors analyze the reasons for import and export data discrepancies in existing methodological recommendations, determine the factors influencing the evaluation quality of completed collection of customs payments, offer analytical dependencies that specify the degree of accurate data discrepancies on export and import. The authors also define the directions of perfecting methodological recommendations on conducting a comparative analysis of foreign trade data. Fixing Rupee’s Commercial Exchange Rate as a Mechanism for Indirect Regulation of Indian Foreign Trade
In the article the author comes out with methodological approaches to analyzing export and import statistics of India. The author hypothesizes that there is a specific commercial exchange rate of Indian rupee to dollar, and that it is this rate (and not the official one), at which India conducts its foreign trade with the rest of the world. The author concludes that by fixing varying commercial exchange rates of rupee towards any of its foreign trade partner India stimulates exports and protects domestic producers from foreign competition. The article analyzes the classification peculiarities of foodstuffs having complex composition and various functional and technological characteristics. Economic Analysis of the Embargo impact on the Supply of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Foodstuffs for Domestic Import-Substitution Possibilities
The article discusses the effect of embargo introduced in Russia in August 2014 on the import of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs from the EU, USA, Canada, Australia and Norway on domestic import-substitution possibilities (on the example of Kaliningrad region). The data of the Federal State Statistics Service and the Federal Customs Service of Russia in respect of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs that were affected by the embargo were analyzed. The results of the analysis made it possible to draw conclusions on the possibilities of import-substitution of agricultural products, raw materials and foodstuffs in Kaliningrad region under the embargo. Forecast Model Of Customs Payments Amounts
A stochastic model to forecast the amounts of customs payments with their transfer imitation is proposed in the article. This approach allows, more adequately than normally applied analysis of timescale, to take into account a posteriori information about the process in question and, thus, to increase the forecast accuracy. The article deals with problematic issues of foreign raw materials identification in the finished goods when the goods are placed under the customs procedure of processing on the customs territory.
