The article is devoted to the issue of using the prices and customs duties as a macroeconomic regulator in the formation of industrial policy. The inextricable link between the industrial policy with macroeconomic regulation and competitive market environment is shown. The direction of changes in prices and customs duties is substantiated in the purpose of forming an industrial policy aimed at the production of high value added products.

Study of economic aspects of European integration for the development of the Eurasian Economic Union
From the position of Eurasian integration development prospects, stages of integration processes in the European Union (EU) and accompanying high-quality changes according to characteristics of global competitiveness rating of EU countries and global competitiveness index of EU countries are considered. The dynamics of the specified indicators change in the process of realization of stages of EU enlargement is shown.

Development dynamics of modern fruit and vegetable market in Russia
The article analyzes the development of fruit and vegetable market in Russia from the standpoint of the physical volume and saturation dynamics when importing goods during the period of 1992–2013 including types of fruit and vegetables. A number of factors determining these processes are disclosed, the major trends are identified, which allows to substantiate the necessity of market saturation by domestic producers.

THE INFLUENCE OF SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE REGIME ON THE FORMATION OF INDUSTRIAL SPECIALIZATION OF THE REGION
The article presents the results of research of influence of the special economic zone regime on the trade specialization of the manufacturing industry in Kaliningrad region for the period from 2002 to 2013. Intra-industry trade index and revealed comparative advantages index calculated for foreign and interregional trade are applied for this research.

On necessity for improving currency control system in foreign economic activity
Actual problems of illegal funds withdrawal out of the Russian Federation are described. The author analyzes the illegal schemes of funds withdrawal and points out the need to identify and combat illegal currency transactions. Legislatively enshrined ways of state control of currency operations are also mentioned. The article also analyzes the legislatively fixed measures of state control of currency operations and defines the direction of improving the legal framework for currency control.

The cites objects smuggling in the Far East
The article analyzes the problem of illegal movement of flora and fauna of the Far East. The analysis activities of customs authorities to detect and prevent the smuggling of CITES objects in the first quarter of 2015 are presented.
